Situation Report on Trump/Israel/Iran (Melanie Phillips)

As analyses go this would have to be one of the best and most comprehensive I have seen.

I am a fan of both, Triggernometry and Melanie Phillips, but here they are even more articulate than usual....a Masterclass in what intelligent discussion can be. 

At 1 hr 1/2 it is on the longish side, but there are no visuals to distract, so you can do your ironing while listenening.  If you are time-poor and specifically interested in the Trump/Israel/Iran subject, it follows the internal English situation at around minute 20. .

Angela Merkel

There are Angst-causing rumours running through Germany, that Angela Merkel wants to  return (officially, because she never quite went away) as the President of Germany. 

Personally, I think that, when the true History is finally written, Merkel will go down as one of the most evil politicians of our era.

Nearly a decade ago we subtitled this song by a very politically astute  French group, Les Brigandes.....this song has aged well (if at all).
