Jacques Brel sings the beautiful flat country that was Belgium
This Belgian Jewish family cries the beautiful flat country that was Belgium.
The galloping rise of anti-Semitism, the murderous attacks in Toulouse, invasive islamism etc. are driving other families to leave Europe and countries they have called "home" for generations.
I make no secret of my deep contempt for the nauseating anti-semitism that seems to have infected so many people, even soi-disant "civilised" folk, nor am I hiding my deep disgust at the defamatory demonisation of Israel. My motivation other than just a minimum of common human decency comes also from the fact that I am German; I will write more about this later.
But here is someone whose "not running with the pack" is more surprising. Aldo Sterone posts some very thought provoking videos and I have become a fan. I don't know him, but from what I gather, he is an Algerian nationalist, (Arab?), and so I would not have expected his amazing fairness to extend to the Jews. Yet, it does, and here he gives his reasons that are as pragmatic as they are "emotionally intelligent" to use the jargon of some trendoits:
Update September 2015:
I have just realised that the above video has been deleted. I think that it was the version with english sub-titles of this video (although Aldo Sterone has done a few more on the subject) which I post here in French. I will try to find the english version, if not, this one will have to do.
Someone once said that, if the heart could sing, it would sound like the Cello.
I think, if it could sing AND dance it would sound like this beautiful piece of music.
Dear Peter Singer, Are you aware that your favourite charity Oxfam, to whom you give 25% of your salary, is heavily into Jew-Bashing? Yes I know, they use masturbatory euphemisms like "saving the Palesteeeeenians" etc. but do have a closer look into the nasty activities and real motivations of the BDS.
Does "Kauft nicht bei Juden" not ring a bell, especially for you, a Jew?
I used to give to Oxfam, on your recommendation, because as the founder of 'Animal Liberation' all those years ago you had my respect, but now, the money I might yet have given to them will go towards a SodaStreamMaker thanks to that magnificent Jewish "Scarlett" woman.
Sincerely,Rita.
And here, this feisty Michael Coren in his straight-forward-take-no-prisoners-style tells us what all this is really about:
"...50 million Muslims in Europe and 80% are living on welfare..."
By now there are probably many more since this video from the highly reputable Memri TV Chanel has been published some time ago. In it you see Muslims talking about their part in the destruction of European countries. At least one of them seems to be a honest man, I let you guess which one I mean.
Recep Tayyip Adolph Erdogan, Prime Minister of Turkey told the truth about islam when he said:
"The minarets are our bayonets, the mosques are our barracks, their domes are our helmets and the believers are our soldiers."
Here, with her delightful Austrian/Bavarian accent, Sabatina James, a Pakistani-German apostate from Islam analyses the real agenda behind that unchecked proliferation of mosques in our Western societies, and particularly in Germany. If you'd rather read than listen, you will find the transcript at Gates of Vienna
Warning, some confronting verbal and visual images in this song, enjoy ;)
I have written about Israeli soldiers before; have a look here and see who else admires the Israeli Defence Forces.
Yes, I know, the connection between this song and this attractive Israeli soldier, Mona Liza, is rather on the tenuous side, but it's a nice excuse to give the floor to Nat King Cole ;)
