I do not know the ranter and it is not exactly how I would articulate it, but I largely agree with his message. And, once again, this was not only "allowed" by a FEMALE Lord Mayor, but she seems to promote this kind of dangerous smut.  The Paris Lord Mayor, also a female, is cut from the same polyester, as is the FEMALE Lord Mayor of Cologne who, after the pack rapes of German Girls and Women by the "guests" of Angela Merkel on New Years Eve 2015, suggested to the rape victims:  "All you had to do is to keep them (ie the attackers/rapists invited into Europe, especially Germany by Merkel) at an arm's distance".

(Language warning for the more delicate souls among us, the "ranter" uses the "f" word a lot).

I was okay with Edih Piaf until they really overdid it with "la vie en rose" as obligatory  Public Lifts Musac, or  in the Supermarkets, where you could not escape it, and now , the piped version has asserted her predominance  even down into  the public toilets.  It's not nice what they did to the magnificent voice of the "Sparrow of Paris" but, whatever Nietzsche  or my nanny called it, or what  other aspiring philosopers interpret it as.....it just is:  There is bound to be a replacement....a (hopefully) dignified successor....to anything even half-way good: .the new Piaf  (for me)   is Zaz   : 

 

Self Censoring - an explanation (of sorts)

Hello, everyone !

You might wonder why I have become so irrelevant over the last few years  and probably boring. It's called: 

SELF CENSORSHIP  

(just look at who hosts my "thoughts"... such as they are...;)... )

So: the less I feel free to say what I think or what I consider important, the less I post. 

But...

...I am a survivor from way back, probably from the time my birthmother jumped up and down in her bathtub to get rid of this little accident that I was....(fashionably cool and politically sponsored abortions were not as "in"  then ...) and I shall be back without having to put too much  "eau dans mon vin" any longer  after this prolonged period of sounds of silence to flatten the curve...

Cizik School of Nursing has created a REMI Platinum Award-winning documentary film that tells the grim cautionary tale of nurses who participated in the Holocaust and abandoned their professional ethics during the Nazi era. The 56-minute film, Caring Corrupted: the Killing Nurses of the Third Reich, casts a harsh light on nurses who used their professional skills to murder the handicapped, mentally ill and infirm at the behest of the Third Reich and directly participated in genocide.

I do not know why, but somehow, some things in this harrowing documentary look strangely familiar to me...perhaps it's  a case of ..."...the more things change, the more they stay the same..."   ?
