(*) Rudy Giuliani, former Lord Mayor of New York, the one who cleaned up the "Big Apple" via "zero tolerance", not to be confused with the present clown who turned it into a dangerous dump again and whose main occupation seems to be kissing the ring of every cause du jour, e.g. painting "Black-Lives-Matter" on 5th Avenue in front of the Trump Tower etc.
