This is an ugly, UN-Australian Story about two ugly, UN-Australians who, I suspect, travel by broom. One of them this one:
Annastacia Palaszczuk is the name of this first ugly Un-Australian. She is the Premier of Queensland and has hermetically shut the borders of Queensland because internal polling told her Queenslanders wanted to see a "strong Führer" elections being only a few weeks away.
Her argument, to shut out all Australians (excepted a few rich yacht-owners and TV starlets like the sister of Kylie Minogue who could breeze into her fiefdom no questions asked) even made it to the UK via the daily mail.
Queensland has had about 3 or 4 cases of what in these politically opportune Corona times is called "infected" with that virus, however, the Premier with the unspellable, multiculti name argued that "Queensland's Hospitals are for Queenslanders only...."

....knocked back Ms Brown’s application to allow her to recover in quarantine back home, on her rural Queensland property despite an impassioned plea from her neurosurgeon Dr Charlie Teo.
“They don’t class brain tumor operation as an exceptional circumstance,” Ms Brown told Sky News host Peta Credlin. “It doesn’t make sense to me. "I’m in pain, I’m locked in a little room, I’ve also got a weak and numb right leg from the surgery. “We are angry that Jeannette Young has gone against, in my opinion, the best neurosurgeon in the world, his recommendation for his patient. “He recommended we isolate at home, she’s just ignored that, she’s overridden his recommendation. “Labor has lost my vote.”
Sky News host Peta Credlin says the reaction to the story of Sunshine Coast woman Jayne Brown, who was forced into hotel quarantine after brain surgery, demonstrates how Australians still have compassion even if some of the bureaucrats do not.

Peta Credlin (former Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Tony Abbott who "stopped the boats" and then got knived in the back by fake conservative Malcolm Turnbull ) said, had Ms Brown been operated on in Queensland, she'd be home now; had she contracted coronavirus in Brisbane, she'd be at home self-isolating as well. "Her only crime, if you can call it that, is that she needed an operation interstate, and because of that these nonsense border rules come into play," she said. "These bureaucrats - once nameless, faceless officials - are revelling in their new-found power and media profiles, and they're leading weak politicians around by the nose-ring like bulls in a prize ring. "Because the politicians are too slow to comprehend that the bureaucrats should only be there to give advice. "It's the politician, the elected leader that's got to make the ultimate decision."
Thus spoke Peta Credlin, one of the very few women I would like, no LOVE !!! to see as leader in politics, hopefully as the Australian Prime Minister, in the not too distant future, an antidote to all those broome-riders like Merkel, Clinton, Jacinda Ardern, Palaszczuk to mention but a few. A blind man could see it !
