Postcard from "Apartheid" Hebron

So, this is "apartheid"?

I bet this photo will not be shown, let alone make the title page, of any media outside Israel. This wouldn't fit in with the narrative of "Israel and the Jews are bad m'kay".

Palestinian child hurts himself: Israeli soldier tends to it.

Europe-Israel writes:

"...la photo a été prise ce matin, dans une ville qualifiée d’ « apartheid » par les médias occidentaux: Hébron. L’enfant s’est blessé. Tsahal l’a soigné."

"...this photo was taken this morning in a city accused of "apartheid" by Western medias: Hebron. The (palestinian) child hurt himself. Tsahai teds to it."

Tommy Robinson & Kevin Carroll: Thank You

The editorial in Lars Hedegaard's Dispatch International the "day after" read:

"The night they drove Tommy down"

an allusion to this song methinks:

"So EDL leaders Tommy Robinson and Kevin Carroll have allied themselves with the Quilliam Foundation, drawing howls of outrage from street demonstrators and armchair activists alike. It is understandable, to a degree, that genuine footsoldiers of the counter-jihad feel aggrieved by what they see as an act of betrayal, but those throwing around accusations of 'sell-out' and 'traitors' from the security of their online activist La-Z-Boy recliners should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves..."

...writes Paul Weston in an article of which I am posting some extracts here because this rare English politician (rare because courageous) articulates eloquently what I feel about this developing drama which I have temporarily put into the "there-is-more-to-this-than-meets-the-eye" category.

This  picture - a thousand words

"...In order to understand the level of pressure and stress that living under the constant threat of death brings with it, one has had to have lived as Tommy and Kevin have done for many years. How can we really imagine what it is like to live in a heavily Islamified area and to still speak out, to be the public face of an anti-Islamisation organisation?

How can we really understand what every waking hour is like for such men, when not only are their own lives threatened but also those of their wives and children? Can we really imagine arriving at the school gates and hearing the violence and hatred aimed at both ourselves and our children? Can we really imagine that even when sleeping a sudden crash or bang nearby could mean the decapitation of your entire family?

I don't think anyone can really understand this, short of Tommy Robinson and Kevin Carroll. And this went on day after day, month after month and year after year.

Tommy and Kev are not well liked by the British state who provide them with no protection at all. Nor are they rich enough to buy security and isolation from fear. When the BBC's Andrew Neil blithely announced Tommy's real name on television, he was in effect calling down a death sentence on him, sanctioned by the state. On top of this comes the constant harassment and persecution by the police, by the media, by radical Muslims and by what appears to be the entire leftist world, which unfortunately for all of us is the overwhelming power in Britain today..."

This picture: another 1000 words

"...So no, I do not blame Tommy and Kev for making their lives both easier and longer by stepping away from the English Defence League. Living under such constant pressure is impossible, and how they did it for so long I will never know. I experienced just a small amount of their everyday lives via the visceral hatred of the state-sponsored UAF at Walthamstow recently, which was incredibly intimidating. I took my strength from these two men who knew exactly what was coming but refused to back down in the face of mob violence and the fear it manifests – a fear we were all feeling as we saw the police lines buckling before the screeching, howling, rock throwing, murderously violent leftist mob – supported by Conservative Prime Minister David Cameron.

Bravery is not about having a casual disregard for violence, pain and death. Bravery is looking such terrifying prospects in the eye and standing up to them, no matter how scared one feels inside. And bravery on this scale is pretty rare. Those who exhibit it in wartime tend to win medals for courage in the defence of their country, and I have no doubt that if Tommy and Kev were young men during World War II they would both have won the Victoria Cross for acts of conspicuous bravery..."

"...In short, Tommy Robinson and Kevin Carroll are the bravest and most honourable men I have ever known. I am privileged and honoured to include them amongst my friends. In the face of real, genuine evil and terror they have stood up and they have been counted. It is not for us to sneer and accuse them of betrayal, the way many commenters are now doing..." More here:

Today Tommy Robinson twittered:
"95% people will now listen"

Marine Le Pen...

...is one of the very few French politicians I still respect. I hope for  "the people of France" that she will be their  President, if not in 2017, then at the very latest 5 years later. After that it will be too late... for France.

And, even as we were sub-titling this video (thank you Eeyore) another illegal migrant boat, carrying more than 200 people sank south of Lampedusa:  same cause, same place same outcome.  As  Australia's most eloquent truth-teller, Andrew Bolt writes:

"STOP THE BOATS OR BUILD A BRIDGE TO AFRICA. THE REST IS CANT.

Teary visits and national days of mourning won't stop the drownings"

Marine Le Pen shows the way to that first option.

Who gassed the children of Syria? Update

Who gassed the children of Syria  was the question then and it still remains unanswered. Perhaps the answer is hidden somewhere in this video I found at vladtepes:

The Nairobi Massacre: nothing to do with Islam?

Soi-disant 'leaders' and the media (of the kind that Nietzsche would have labelled "die Herde") assure us that the recent terrorist attack in Nairobi, Kenya had nothing to do with Islam and that, by killing non-muslims, the terrorist group al-Shabaab had violated the commands of Allah and Mohamed.

From what I saw, I think this massacre had EVERYTHING to do with Islam.

David Wood thinks so too, with the difference that he articulates it more brilliantly than I ever could, and he comes from a position of extensive knowledge in this field.

I LIKE Netanyahu !

I like him as he was then...

...and I like him as he is now:

***

“...If Israel is forced to stand alone, Israel will stand alone.
Yet in standing alone, Israel will know that we will be defending many, many others...”

***

“...A nuclear-armed Iran in the Middle East wouldn’t be another North Korea.
It would be another 50 North Koreas...”

***

"...I'd rather have a bad press than good eulogies..."

Looking at the map below, the little red spot being Israel, I think she is right.

Australia has voted

This is our new Prime Minister, Tony Abbott, and this photo (my favourite one)  is genuine: among many other things,  he is a fair dinkum volunteer fire fighter.

The night before the election, one group of volunteers led by the  Queensland challenger of the sitting Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd, provided the music:

The euphemistically named "Progressives" hate Tony Abbott with a relentless ferocity that, had it been aimed at Hitler by their predecessors, would have potentially saved 6 million + lives. Among his most virulent enemies are the people who voted for the Watermelon Party humoristically known as "The Greens". Here some of those people explain why they voted for a party whose French branch, for example, wants to mutilate "edit" the Marseillaise! See below(*).

And here is one of the Greens' senators, the terminally opportunistic media concubine during one of her I DO SOOOOOOOOO CARE performances. She is everything that's wrong with the "Greens". Don't stand between her and a tree in need.

(*)  Et voilà, our French "Blondie from Y-T" telling the French "Greens":
DONT TOUCH OUR MARSAILLAISE!

To be continued:

Black-eyed virgins + muslim mathematics

What: no BLUE-eyed virgins???

Typical!

RAAAACISM !!!

A propos: about those "black eyed girls"....

A propos that Yom Kippur post

I had posted a "Yom Kippur" message to my Jewish friends:

"...those I know - those I could have known - and those who I am yet to know."

The post disappeared through a technical glitch and, not having kept a copy, I cannot reproduce it, but I just want it recorded that I remembered Yom Kippur 2013 and will remember all the Yom Kippurs to come, "technical" glitches or not.

Tommy Robinson a modern-day Socrates?

If you find this proposition preposterous, would you feel better if I described Tommy Robinson, the Leader of the EDL, as a "Gadfly"?

Well, and here we have it:  Socrates, according to his "biographer" and student, Plato,  described himself as a "Gadfly" and that's what he was in the eyes of the Athenian political elite.  Just as Tommy Robinson seems to bring discomfort to  the cowardly English political "elite",  so much so that  they had  him arrested time after time after unjustified time.

Personally, I think Socrates brought so much more to the world than  did Chamberlain of whom I am reminded when I look at the invertebrate David Cameron and his army of "fluffy floating islands".

Here is the latest speech by this  brave, brave Tommy Robinson, more about its context, at The Gates of Vienna.

Dear Tommy Robinson,

DON'T LET THE BASTARDS GET YOU DOWN,(as we, or at least some of us, say in Australia).

I think you and Winston Churchill share quite a few thoughts.

Sincerely,

Rita.

Who gassed the children of Syria?

First they raped and killed  the children of Beslan....

then they massacred the the children of France...:

and now they gassed the children of Syria:

In an article, dated 7. September, Thierry Maissan tells a disturbing tale:

"In a statement released by the White House, the U.S. Director of Intelligence, James Clapper, said that 1,429 people were killed in a massive chemical attack on a dozen localities, August 21, 2013 in the suburbs of Damascus...
[...]

...All observers have noted the high proportion of children among the victims. The United States has counted 426, or more than a third. Some observers, but neither those of the US nor their French counterparts, were intrigued to find that victims were almost all of the same age and they had no families to cry over them. Stranger still, the gas would have killed children and adult men, but would have spared women. The wide distribution of satellite channel images of victims allowed Alawite families near Latakia to recognize their children who had been abducted two weeks prior by the "rebels." This identification was long in coming because there are few survivors of the massacre by the allies of the United States, the United Kingdom and France in loyalist villages where more than a thousand bodies of civilians were discovered in mass graves..."

WHAT

IS

WRONG

WITH

THESE

PEOPLE?

!!!

and in this case I use "people" as an euphemism.

P.S.: And another thing:
War propaganda is the most serious crime because it makes all other crimes possible.

Oy ! Obama: return that Nobel Prize !!

I would call President Obama an 'undeserving' Nobel PEACE Prize laureate, had this bauble not lost all credibility around the time they gave it to Arafat. (Don't people who are still wearing imitations of their adored Arafat's scarf care about paedophilia?). But I still think he should give it back.

This lady's delivery is a little on the over-the-top side, and taking Fox news as a source will cause some sneers from the usual suspects, but what she has to say is worth listening to. (h/t vlad tepes)

One of the diminishing number of supporters that  bombing-eager Obama still has is the little French President, François Hollande who seems very  eager to obey the same masters as the POTUS, but he does so against the will of an increasing majority among the French people. Some of the French media depict the trigger happy duo as Don-Quixote-and-Sancho-Panza; I let you decide which one is which ;)

Here is a link to what Marine LePen, hopefully a future President of France, has to say. Unfortunately it's in French and I don't have a translation.

Voilà un commentaire de  Marine Le Pen en francais.
